I am an Orwell Prize-winning writer and researcher.
I am currently working on an oral history of women’s experiences of homelessness and precarious housing for my doctorate at the University of Oxford.
My essays, opinion and criticism have appeared in publications including The Guardian, the TLS and Prospect.
In 2023 I was named the joint winner of the inaugural Orwell Prize for Reporting Homelessness in recognition of my published writing and work-in-progress on the topic.
